1. Introduction
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2000 ("the Act") was enacted to give effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by the State and any information that is held by another person and that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

3. The ACT and Section 10 Guide
The ACT grants a requester access to records of a private body, if the record is required for the exercise or protection of any rights. Requests in terms of the ACT shall be made in accordance with the prescribed procedures, at the rates provided by the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).
4. Applicable Legislation
Our operations are governed by and comply with the following technical and legal frameworks:
- Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002
- Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008
- Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
- Copyright Act 98 of 1978
5. Classification of Records
We maintain the following data structures in accordance with statutory requirements:
- Operational Logic: Internal financial records, system architecture documentation, and intellectual property.
- Partner Data: Client consultation logs, service level agreements, and transaction history.
- Human Capital: Employment contracts, internal protocols, and administrative records.

Processing of requests is subject to the prescribed fees and timelines defined within the ACT.
